Hispanic Outreach Program
Starting with seed money from the Kelso Rotary's International Committee in 2004, the Ethnic Support Council started its Hispanic Outreach Program. Most recently with the aid of a state grant we are providing advocacy for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence in the Hispanic community
